Embarking on my first literature research paper about the US economy and real estate has been quite a journey. Initially, I assumed it would be straightforward when I started working on the project months ago. My initial assumption was that since housing market is a part of our daily lives and there are numerous news articles on the subject, the research would be pretty easy. However, it turned out that the process was more challenging than expected, particularly in researching and identifying the most relevant resources for my topic and proposed findings. Through efforts, I have discovered many valuable resources and articles that are very helpful and supportive to my research topic. Also, I am truly grateful to my research project mentor, who guided me throughout the process. This experience has been a wonderful learning opportunity, and it deepens my understanding of the US economy, government policies, and the real estate market. I have also shared my research findings with professionals in the real estate industry, including real estate brokers and developers, and mortgage advisors. They are very impressed by my research, and some of them will participate my industry market research project for the next round.
